Join us for our 5th annual golf tournament fundraiser, an exciting opportunity to support the greater Kansas City Cystic Fibrosis community. This fundraising event provides meaningful support to local CF patients while you enjoy a day on the green. Participants will have the chance to compete in a fun and friendly tournament format, with exciting gifts for 1st, 2nd and 3rd flight winners. There will also be raffle and silent auction opportunities.
