Eligibility Criteria:
Applicants must:
Be a patient at the University of Kansas Health System
Be living with cystic fibrosis
Have federally funded insurance (e.g. Medicare, Medicaid, or TRICARE)
Not have other coverage options or financial assistance available for vitamins and probiotics
Be experiencing financial hardship

Urgent Needs Grant Application
The education grant is intended to help decrease financial barriers for people with CF to obtain education, training, or a professional certification that will improve their financial situation. This grant aligns with the KCCFEF’s misson to empower people with CF to live high-quality lives.
Family Planning Grant Application
People with CF may apply for a service, item, subscription, etc. (not already offered by other resources) that may help support their health & wellness. Funds are granted based on the individual’s explanation of how the requested item will support their health & wellness and the applicant’s demonstrated need.
Wellness Grant Application
People with CF may apply for a service, item, subscription, etc. (not already offered by other resources) that may help support their health & wellness.
