Be living with cystic fibrosis
Have federally funded insurance (e.g. Medicare, Medicaid, or TRICARE)
Not have other coverage options or financial assistance available for vitamins and probiotics
Be experiencing financial hardship

Urgent Needs Grant Application
The Urgent Needs Grant is intended to assist people living with CF in need of emergent financial relief. This grant may assist with: rent/mortgage, utilities, food assistance, medical bills, and other urgent needs. KCCFEF's ultimate goal with the Urgent Needs Grant is to not only be a resource when it is most needed, but empower applicants to take concrete steps towards financial stability.
*Funds are granted based on funding availability. Payments must be made to a 3rd party organization (property management, utility company, Walmart e-gift card, etc).*
Family Planning Grant Application
This grant offered through KCCFEF is intended to support people with CF with their family planning journey. Those who are pursuing IVF, IUI, or other family planning avenues and are experiencing financial burden may apply via the link below.
*Funds are granted based on funding availability. Payments must be made to a 3rd party organization (doctor's office, fertility clinic, etc.). We realize family planning journeys are unique. Team members will work alongside applicants regarding financial plan for services not covered by insurance.*
Wellness Grant Application
People with CF may apply for a service, item, subscription, etc. (not already offered by other resources) that may help support their health & wellness. Funds are granted based on the individual’s explanation of how the requested item will support their health & wellness and the applicant’s demonstrated need.
Education Grant Application
The education grant is intended to help decrease financial barriers for people with CF to obtain education, training, or a professional certification that will improve their financial situation. This grant aligns with the KCCFEF’s mission to empower people with CF to live high-quality lives.
